Back in early December, I announced a series of tour dates coming in March and April with my new quartet, Canis Major, featuring Dave Adewumi, Henry Fraser and Tomas Fujiwara.

I’m very excited about this project…so far we’ve done only a handful of shows—most recently a two-night stand at Close Up in NYC, and the music feels like it’s growing exponentially each time we play. It’s been many years since I’ve led a smaller band, and I’ve really been enjoying it.

We'll be very active in the first half of 2026, and I look forward to performing this music live somewhere near you soon!
