Recording With Wadada Leo Smith

Back in February, Taylor Ho Bynum, Tomas Fujiwara and I had the opportunity to perform with one of my musical heroes, Wadada Leo Smith, at Dartmouth's Hopkins Center for the Arts.

We had such a great time—the planets literally aligned that night!—we decided to come together again at Firehouse 12 in New Haven last week to record.
